  If I could give this place minus -10 ratings I would . Disgusting service , extremely rude and unprofessional . Don't ever go there. This husband and wife couple have appalling customer service and communication skills . Never stepping foot in their again .

  Avoid this post office at all cost, very unhelpful staff and inflexible, husband and wife are very unprofessional and rude, I came in to collect my parcel I told them I had a text message from Austpost, they demanded I need a physical collecting card, they sounded like I should be begging for their service. Georges Hall LPO are way nicer, go there and avoid the Condell Park LPO.

  Horrible customer service, they make everything so complicated, just go to george's hall post office where you will be treated with courtesy

  Extremely rude owners, and does not let the customer get a word in. From the moment I stepped into this post office to pick up my parcel which they had refused to release to me the service was not there. They barely let me get a word in, and mid way through the husband serving me he gets on the phone and leaves me at the service desk which his wife comes and has no clue what needs to be done and refuses to serves me. After complaining to them, she smiles and tells me to "have a good day".
